RETURN POLICY \u2014 AYOA SLOW LIVING<\/h5>

In accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34\/2014), customers have the right to return online purchased products within 14 calendar days from delivery, without providing a reason.<\/p>

1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h6>

Products can be returned if:<\/p>

  • Returns are sent via courier (any courier chosen by the customer)<\/li>
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer<\/li>
  • Products are in the same condition as received<\/li>
  • Whenever possible, we recommend returning products in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure the items are securely packed for safe transport.<\/li>
  • All accompanying documents are returned<\/li><\/ul>

    Important:<\/strong> The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, the refunded amount may be reduced proportionately to reflect any loss in value or reconditioning costs.<\/p>

    2. PRODUSE CARE NU POT FI RETURNATE<\/strong><\/h6>

    The following cannot be returned:<\/p>

    • Custom-made or specially ordered products paid in advance<\/li>
    • Products with unauthorized interventions<\/li>
    • Products showing wear, scratches, damage, or impact marks<\/li>
    • Broken or damaged products after delivery<\/li><\/ul>

      We recommend checking products upon delivery and noting defects with the courier.<\/p>

      EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
      \n(In accordance with GEO No. 34\/2014, Article 16)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>

      For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products within our collection are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed by the consumer:

      \n\n\u2022 Lavender Eye Pillow<\/strong>
      \nFor hygiene and health protection reasons, eye pillows cannot be returned if the sealed protective packaging in which they were delivered has been opened or damaged, in accordance with Article 16(e) of GEO No. 34\/2014.

      \n\n\u2022 Baby Toys and Teething Rings<\/strong>
      \nDue to the strict hygiene and safety requirements applicable to infant products, knitted soft toys and teething rings may only be returned if they are completely unused, all safety tags remain attached, and the sealed protective packaging has not been opened.

      \n\n\u2022 Scented Candles<\/strong>
      \nScented candles may only be returned if the wick remains intact (has not been lit) and neither the wax nor the container shows signs of use, handling, burning, or scratching. If a candle shows evidence of being lit, the return will be refused for safety reasons and because the product can no longer be resold.<\/p>

      CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS (REDUCTION IN VALUE)<\/strong><\/h6>

      Products from the Textile and Ceramics categories may be inspected and handled in the same manner as they would be in a physical retail store. However, they cannot be returned if they show signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, chips, cracks, or other damage.

      \n\nHandcrafted products must be packed by the customer with the same level of care and using protective materials similar to those provided in the original shipment.

      \n\nIf a ceramic product arrives damaged at our warehouse due to inadequate packaging by the customer, SLOW SUNDAY S.R.L. will be unable to issue a refund for the item, as the customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return transport.<\/p>

      3. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>

      To initiate a return:<\/p>

      Customers must notify SLOW SUNDAY SRL within 14 days via:<\/p>

      Return form (if available on the website)<\/p>

      Products must be shipped within 14 days after notification.<\/p>

      4. REFUND OF PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>

      After receiving the return request:<\/p>

      • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after return request.<\/li>
      • Refund may be delayed until products are received or shipping proof is provided.<\/li><\/ul>

        Refunds are made:<\/p>

        • to the bank account provided by the customer<\/li>
        • or\nvia the original payment method<\/li><\/ul>
          5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>

          Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.<\/p>

          6. APPLICABILITY<\/strong><\/h6>

          Return rights apply to individual customers only.\nThey do not apply to legal entities.<\/p>
