PRICES
All prices are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT.
Final price = product price + shipping cost.
Free shipping on orders over 250 RON. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
SLOW SUNDAY S.R.L. supplies products that conform to the sales contract. All products benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with the provisions of GEO No. 140/2021.
For durable goods, the legal guarantee period is 2 years from the date of delivery. If a lack of conformity is discovered within this period, the consumer is entitled to request that the goods be brought into conformity (through repair or replacement), a proportional price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from failure to follow the product care and maintenance instructions.
For returns, we provide full support according to the return policy.
INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable legislation, based on the data provided by the customer.
ELECTRONIC INVOICING
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and completing an order, the customer expressly agrees to receive the tax invoice in electronic format, in accordance with Article 319(24) of the Romanian Fiscal Code. The invoice will be issued through the SmartBill electronic invoicing system and will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer once the order has been processed and dispatched. As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing paper waste, SLOW SUNDAY S.R.L. does not include printed invoices inside physical parcels. The customer is responsible for downloading and keeping a copy of the invoice received by email.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on Delivery
Payment is made upon delivery, in RON.
Bank Card Payment
Online payments are secured through the 3D Secure system. Card details are not stored on the store’s servers.
No additional fees are charged for card payments.
DELIVERY
Products in stock are delivered within 1–3 business days from the date the order is confirmed. For complete details, please refer to our Delivery Policy.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and may choose a refund.
PRODUCT RECEIPT
The customer must check the products upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
PROMOTIONS
Promotional codes:
- are valid only during the specified period
- cannot be combined (unless otherwise stated)
- can be used once
FINAL PROVISIONS
Contracts signed with legal entities may override this document.
