DELIVERY POLICY — AYOA SLOW LIVING

AYOA Slow Living products are delivered via courier within Romania. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

1. DELIVERY METHOD

Orders are delivered via express courier services (FAN Courier), directly to the address provided at checkout. We work closely with our trusted delivery partners to ensure that each item arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

2. DELIVERY COST

Standard shipping:

  • Standard delivery: 21,90 lei
  • FAN BOX / Collect Point: 16,90 lei
  • Free shipping for orders above 250 RON

Final cost is displayed before order confirmation.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes:
• 1–3 business days — most locations
• 2–5 business days — during busy periods (promotions, holidays, etc.)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier activity. In all cases, the maximum delivery period will not exceed 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order you will receive:

✔ Order confirmation email ✔ Shipping confirmation email (with AWB tracking if available)

5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Courier will attempt delivery twice
  • Parcel will return to SLOW SUNDAY SRL if unsuccessful
  • Reshipping is available at customer cost
6. PARCEL CHECK

Upon delivery, please:

  • Check packaging condition
  • Request damage report if needed
  • Contact us within 48 hours for issues
7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Additional costs caused by redirection will be paid by the customer.

8. UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to external factors (weather, courier workload).

9. DELIVERY AREA

Currently delivery is available only within Romania. International delivery may be available in the future.
